There are a few different types of diabetes, and none of them are caused by diet. Type 1 is caused by the immune system attacking certain cells for no reason, and type 2 'fat diabetes' is caused by several factors. It is not caused simply by 'diet'. Gestational diabetes is pregnant diabetes. This picture isn't original at all. Go down the diabetes tag, and it's full of them.
I am very familiar with diabetes and diabetics, as my job entails working with it almost exclusively. Diet isn’t the only thing but it is a contributor. If you find it offensive well that is on you, humor is always subjective. You should be more offended by the crap fast food companies try to sell us, it is much more harmful.
